Good news - your order may not be lost! If it contains a customized or pre-order item, your order may still be on the way:
If your order contains a customized item:
If you are in the US and your order contains a customized item, such as a jersey with name & number applied, please note that the order will first ship to our customization facility in Galena, IL, and will ship to you once complete, as noted in your confirmation email. Your UPS tracking may say delivered, though you have not received it.
- Orders will arrive at your address approximately 5-7 business days after arrival in Galena, IL
- UPS tracking will show delivered to Galena, IL
- You may receive an SMS or email notification that says your package was delivered - this means it has been delivered to Galena, IL.
- Tracking from Galena, IL to your address is not currently available.
If your order contains a Pre-Order item:
Pre-order items are those that have not yet been released / arrived in stock, but are available for purchase ahead of time. This allows us to allocate said item(s) from our incoming inventory to your order, and is particularly helpful for reserving limited edition releases and other high demand items. In stock items will often ship ahead of time, with the pre-order item shipping upon arrival in our warehouse, with no additional shipping cost to you.
How to tell if an item is a Pre-Order Item:
The pre-order item will appear on your confirmation email, with an estimated warehouse arrival date. Please note, these dates are subject to change.
No Custom or Pre-Order Items?
If your order does not contain a custom or pre-order item, please contact us via chat or email being sure to include the order number and the missing items, and we will request an investigation be opened by our warehouse. Please note, once an investigation has been launched with the carrier, it can take upwards of 10 to 14 business days for the carrier to provide FXR with details on their findings. If the package is located, we will confirm the correct shipping address with you, and provide an updated tracking number where applicable. Lost orders are eligible for replacement only and cannot be refunded.
